I like the smudging! and it's cool! maybe enhance the effects..

I love! But I would have used a tiny bit more effects on the text, like clipping masks, and made it smaller and move it to the upper-left side a bit. 9/10

I like the smudging, but use hard brush, It's only look like blur. .

Yeah I guess it should have been better with a more darker green so it'll match Ully's eyes. I just noticed that I forgot to erase a "C" D:

Yes,anime landscape stocks. It doesn't feel right using a realistic landscape stock with some anime renders.

messing around C4D and smudging ,, If you wanna see the render, just tell me..

I can't see the render that well, I think you shouldn't have used anything on its layer since the effects are already very bright and you can only see his head, and behind the render you haven't used the same effects so it looks sort of uneven. But I think you did an excellent effort on the effects though, so with a little optimization it would look perfect ^_^ 7.5/10
