Who's that Pokémon?

This game is where you give around 3 clues about a Pokémon you are thinking of and the next poster has to guess the answer and then give their clues. If they guessed wrong, just quote their post and say what was the Pokémon. Please try to vary the Pokémon and the clues a bit so that the game stays fun and not monotonous (boring, the same).

it evolves from a pokemon in the johto region.
