In this thread, the Admins can request the members to make something for the Site and the Forum (banners, buttons, etc.) and everyone is allowed to participate. Though if we think your design isn't very good, please don't take it bad. We just want the best for PokéNaruto and effort is really important. Feel free to give tips to other members and us Admins will do the same to help you improve your design. Whenever we'll need anything, we will post here, just be patient! Oh and one more thing: use lots of layers and keep the .psd of your design so that if there's a minor thing we want to change you don't need to start all over again.
